YSR Congress Party Rajya Sabha Floor Leader, MP Pilli Subash Chandra Bose, strongly supported the Government of India’s decisive response to the Pahalgam terror attack through Operation Sindoor. Participating in the discussion on Operation Sindoor, he described the operation as a powerful message to the world that India stands united against terrorism and acts with resolve when national security is threatened.
The YSRCP leader expressed deep condolences over the loss of 26 innocent lives in the Pahalgam terror attack, calling it an attack on India’s unity, secularism, and freedom. He said the brutal act was aimed at derailing the democratic progress seen in Jammu and Kashmir, particularly after the successful and peaceful elections held in late 2024.
Subash Chandra Bose condemned Pakistan for its continued attempts to destabilize the region and disrupt peace. He said the YSR Congress Party stands firmly with the people of Jammu and Kashmir and with the Indian Armed Forces, who have acted with bravery and purpose.
He also drew attention to the cyber threats that followed the attack. According to him, critical Indian networks, including those related to defence and public utilities, faced cyber intrusions linked to Pakistan. He praised the Indian government’s swift action to strengthen digital defences and protect the country’s cyber infrastructure.
The MP lauded Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership in launching Operation Sindoor, describing it as a mission that turned grief into strength and ensured justice for the victims. He called the operation India’s “Yug Dharma”, showing the world that India does not act out of impulse, but with determination and clarity of purpose.
He further appreciated India’s proactive diplomatic steps, including the deployment of all-party parliamentary delegations to build global support and counter misinformation. He said such initiatives reflect rare political unity and are essential to India’s anti-terror diplomacy.
Concluding his remarks, the YSRCP MP reaffirmed YSR Congress Party’s full support to the Government of India’s efforts to safeguard national security. He said India will not tolerate terrorism and warned that those who harm the country will not find refuge anywhere.
