YS Jagan Again warns police He will strip Those who Done wrong, Take off Their Uniforms

Former Chief Minister and YSRCP chief YS Jaganmohan Reddy has once again lashed out at the police, saying that he will strip those who have done wrong. He warned that he will not leave them anywhere and will take off their uniforms. He made it clear that they will be held guilty by calculating the amount including interest.

Speaking to the media on Tuesday after visiting the family of Lingamayya, who was recently murdered in Papareddypalya, Sri Sathya Sai district, he alleged that the conditions of Bihar of yesteryear are visible in Andhra Pradesh.

He accused the TDP of engaging in violence politics despite not having the strength in the recent local body elections. He objected that the Red Book rule is being implemented in the state. He criticized the deterioration of law and order in AP.

Meanwhile, TDP leaders expressed anger over the provocative comments made by YS Jaganmohan Reddy against the police. TDP state president Palla Srinivasa Rao criticized Jagan for talking like a street rowdy. He suggested that a person who was the Chief Minister for five years should refrain from making such comments. He clarified that the police are working within the law.

Revenue Minister Satya Prasad said that the people had already stripped Jaganmohan Reddy of his clothes nine months ago. He said that his saying that they will strip the police of their clothes now reflects his mental state. He said that after Chandrababu became the CM, there was a peaceful atmosphere in the state without any room for clashes.

On the other hand, SP Ratna responding to Jagan’s threat, said that no one gave them the police uniform, but they earned it with hard work. He clarified that if the police make a mistake, action can be taken as per the service rules. He said that they are all working with commitment and do not treat anyone in a favorable manner.

Moreover, he dismissed the allegations made by the YSRCP that the police did not provide security at the helipad. He said that a large crowd had gathered at the helipad as the activists were not listened to despite the instructions given to the YCP leaders.

He said that security was initially provided with 150 policemen at the helipad, and later, as more activists arrived, security was increased with another 100. He said that a small scuffle took place when a large number of YCP activists arrived at the helipad at the same time.

He said that some people at the helipad had pulled the chopper door and it was damaged, due to which the pilots decided that the VVIP could not be taken. With this, YS Jagan left for Bangalore by road. He clarified that no stones or sticks were thrown anywhere on the helipad, and this was also confirmed by the pilot.
