YCP’s Former Minister Kakani challenging police To catch Him

Former YCP Minister Kakani Govardhan Reddy has been challenging the police for six days. While it was said that he would catch him in one place, the phone signals are in another place. A case was registered against Kakani on February 16 on issues such as illegal mining, transportation, and use of explosives against the rules.

So far, he has not appeared for the hearing despite being given notice three times. He is challenging the Nellore police by saying that he will catch him. When the police trying to trace his mobile phone, they reply that Kakani is not there. Six days ago, a notice was pasted at his residence in Nellore. The second notice was given to his relatives in Hyderabad. The third notice was given to his house on Wednesday.

The police have registered a case against quartz irregularities in Varadapuram Rustom Mines in Podalakur Mandal of Nellore district. The police issued notices after 43 days. Former Minister Kakani left Nellore for Hyderabad after receiving the information at the time of issuing the notices.

He went to Hyderabad on Wednesday and gave the third notice to his relatives. He did not appear at the Nellore DSP office for the hearing of the case on Thursday either. Along with the quartz case, an atrocity case was also registered. If the arguments on the bail petition are held in the High Court on Thursday, there will be a campaign that he will come to Nellore only if he gets bail.

It is said that he will remain anonymous until then. This situation has become a challenge for the Nellore district police. Phone calls and postings of Kakani’s photos on social media are coming as if he is in Hyderabad. Based on cell phone signals, the police went to his house in Hyderabad but could not find him there.

He gave press releases a month ago saying that he is not afraid of cases. Former Minister Kakani, who had boasted that he would take off cops khaki clothes if the YSRCP comes to power, is being criticized for not attending the police inquiry. A police team from Nellore is searching for him. Since he has not responded to the third notice, the people of Nellore district are anxiously awaiting the police’s next steps.
