Yarlagadda wonders How Jagan can Resolve petitions At His `Praja Darbhar’, without Going To The Assembly!

Government Whip and Gannavaram MLA Yarlagadda Venkat Rao wondered how former Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy, who is absent from Assembly, will resolve the petitions he received in the name of `Praja Darbar’?. He questioned whether Jagan will resolve those problems with his own funds regardless of the government?

He said that it is ridiculous to talk nonsense about not giving the microphone properly without coming to the assembly. He was angry that the YSRCP MPs should tell what status they have when they go to the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha? He deplored that the YSRCP MLAs are not using the assembly, which is the real platform for resolving public problems.

MLA Yarlagadda Venkat Rao participating in the Vangaveeti Mohan Ranga’s death anniversary program in Vijayawada, lamented that Jagan is attacking even the people who voted for his 11 candidates and made them win. He alleged that the 11 YSRCP MLAs are worrying that five years will pass without seeing the assembly.

The TDP MLA deplored that there has never been a mockery of democracy and an insult to the Legislative Assembly in the history of the state. He questioned what they should do if the people do not give them opposition status?

Yarlagadda reminded that in 1994, even though the Congress did not have opposition status, the then public representatives came to the Legislative Assembly. He questioned why YSRCP members were going to the Legislative Council, and why they were going there even though the YSRCP did not have opposition status in the Rajya Sabha and Lok Sabha?

He recalled that as Chief Minister Jaganmohan Reddy had done all his best to remove the opposition status from Chandrababu Naidu. He cautioned that people were watching everything.  Yarlagadda was furious that if people who cursed obscenities were given ministerial posts, the people would reject them, and would they blame the people for that?.
