Why it is too late from Nagarjuna to take this step ?

The news about the demolition of Tollywood actor and producer Akkineni Nagarjuna’s posh property ‘N Convention’ centre in the heart of Hyderabad on Saturday morning came as a huge shock to everyone in Telugu states. Even the national media also covered this sensational development that was carried out in a swift and precipitous manner by ‘HYDRA’ under the aegis of Telangana government without any prior notice or warning.

While the building was being razed and the entire task was almost done and dusted, the state High Court ordered an interim stay on the demolition. By the time, Court orders were issued, the entire building was pulled down by the authorities concerned.

Had Nagarjuna sensed the imminent action from the Telangana government given the recent developments after the formation of HYDRA by CM Revanth Reddy, he could have brought an interim stay and averted the demolition even before it was started. Unfortunately, it was too late on his part to take the legal route to stall the action today morning.

It appears like even Nagarjuna was also not expecting the government to swing into action at such a rapid pace and carry out the demolition act. As Nag is known for rubbing shoulders with those who are in power, he managed well all these years without letting any government to investigate into the allegations of encroachment.

But, Revanth Reddy’s government didn’t bother his stature and other affiliations. It sent a strong message that no one will be given any special treatment.

As Nagarjuna claimed that not even an inch was encroached and everything behind this construction was legal, he will need to prove the same in the court of law and win the case in his favour.
