The much-anticipated OTT release of Mass Ka Das Vishwak Sen’s Gaami got its release date. Vishwak Sen, known for his penchant for realism and gritty storytelling, has crafted another cinematic gem with ‘Gaami.’ Gaami was theatrically released on March 8, 2024. Now, the movie is all set to release on the OTT platform. Zee 5 has acquired the digital rights to the film Gaami. The moviemakers and streaming service have officially announced Gaami’s digital debut to be on April 12. Fans are eagerly awaiting its OTT release.
Gaami is a compelling narrative of human emotions and gripping realism set against the backdrop of rural India, with picturesque landscapes and rustic settings. Gaami is an epic-adventure film about an orphan and Aghora named Shankar as he embarks on a journey to find Maali leaves, which are said to be the cure for his rare disease. These leaves appear once every 36 years, giving Shankar a singular opportunity to cure his rare disorder and change his life. Thus, he begins his journey to the Dronagiri Mountains.
The film Gaami was written and helmed by Vidyadhar Kagita. The movie is bankrolled by Karthik Sabareesh under Karthik Kult Kreations. Naresh Kumaran composed the music for this film. The technical crew includes Vishwanath Reddy as cinematographer and Raghavendra Thirun as editor.
