The upcoming spy action thriller Kingdom, directed by Gautham Tinnanuri and starring Vijay Deverakonda with Bhagyashree Borse as the female lead, is set for a July 31 release. Ahead of its premiere, the film’s pre-release event was held on Monday at Yousufguda Police Grounds in Hyderabad.
Addressing fans, Vijay Deverakonda expressed gratitude for their unwavering support, stating that their love remains constant regardless of a film’s success or failure. “In two days, we’ll meet in theaters. I’m feeling both tense and satisfied. Today, I want to talk about my fans—you are a blessing from God. One fan even carried my poster to the Kumbh Mela, praying for the movie’s success. I’ll meet him if the film succeeds. I’ll continue choosing films you respect and will also do good deeds for you—it’s my responsibility,” he said.
Speaking about the film, Deverakonda credited director Gautham Tinnanuri and composer Anirudh for shaping Kingdom. He praised Bhagyashree Borse’s potential, Satyadev’s casting as his brother, and Venkatesh’s performance. “Even though I’m on the poster, this is Gautham Tinnanuri’s film. Anirudh’s background score is outstanding, and Bhagyashree is destined for great success,” he added.
