Mega Prince Varun Tej is gearing up for his first pan-Indian release, ‘Matka’ on November 14, directed by Karuna Kumar. With the film in its final stages of post-production, the filmmakers have started their promotional activities, starting with the earlier teaser launch event. Today, they have unveiled the film’s first single.
The retro-style song ‘Le Le Raja’ is composed by the film’s music director, GV Prakash Kumar. The song has a retro essence of the 70s and 80s with its catchy rhythms, capturing the nostalgic vibe of the old retro songs. Renowned lyricist Bhaskarabhatla penned the lyrics, while Neeti Mohan’s soulful vocals bring an added spark to the song’s energy. Bollywood beauty Nora Fatehi’s sizzling dance moves are anticipated to be one of the highlights of the movie.
The film is produced on a lavish scale by Dr. Vijender Reddy Teegala and Rajini Talluri under the banners of Vyra Entertainments and SRT Entertainments.
Apart from Varun Tej in the lead role, it also stars Meenakshi Chaudhary as the female lead with a stellar cast of Nora Fatehi, Naveen Chandra, Ravi Shankar, Kannada Kishore, Ajay Ghosh, Mime Gopi, Roopalakshmi, Vijayarama Raju, Jagadeesh, and Raj Thirandas in significant roles. The technical crew includes A. Kishore Kumar as the cinematographer and Karthika Srinivas R as the editor.
