Vallabhaneni Vamsi Gets Bail In TDP office Attack case, But Remanded In Another case

YSRCP leader and former MLA Vallabhaneni Vamsi was granted bail in the Telugu Desam office attack case on Friday. But, on the same day he was remanded in another case by the Nuzvid court. He is A71 in the TDP office attack case. Vamsi has been granted bail in two key cases within two days. It is known that Vamsi was granted bail in the Satyavardhan kidnapping case also.

The CID court granted bail in the TDP office attack case. Even if Vamsi gets relief in both cases, he will be confined to jail. Vamsi will remain in jail due to the remand granted by the Nuzvide court. Meanwhile, another case was registered against Vamsi at the Gannavaram police station. However, the Nuzvide court has remanded Vallabhaneni Vamsi in remand.

Police produced Vamsi before Judge K Sravani on Friday in connection with the fake house patta distribution case. The court has remanded Vamsi till the 29th of this month in this case. Along with Vamsi, his close aide Olupalli Mohan Ranga Rao has also been remanded in the same case. On the other hand, the Nujividu court has granted permission for a PT warrant against Vallabhaneni Vamsi in the fake house patta distribution case.

Meanwhile, cases continue to haunt Vamsi. Cases have been registered against Vamsi for his misbehavior during the previous YSRCP regime and he is currently in the district jail as a remand prisoner. He is already the 71st accused in the attack on the Gannavaram TDP party office. The complainant is A1 in the case of kidnapping and threatening Satyavardhan to get out of that case.

On the other hand, a case has been registered against Vamsi in connection with the land grabbing case. The trial in this case lasted for about 90 days. Vamsi has already been granted bail in both those cases.
