Two books on CM Chandrababu’s Assembly speeches Releases on His Birthday

Two books compiled as a collection of Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu’s speeches in the assembly were published and they will be released at AP Assembly committee hall on Sunday, the birthday of the TDP chief.

Speaker Ayyannapatrudu will release these two books published by Jayaprada Foundation. These have been compiled by former MLC and TDP Polit Bureau member TD Janardhan and senior journalists and writer Vikram Pula. The two volumes titled ‘Swarnandhra Pradesh Sarathi Nara Chandrababu Naidu Assembly Speeches’.

Deputy Speaker Raghuramakrishna Raju, Union Minister Pemmasani Chandrasekhar, Telugu Desam senior leader P. Ashok Gajapathi Raju and senior journalist Venkata Narayana will participate in this program.

A book will contain his speeches in the assembly as the Chief Minister of the united Andhra Pradesh for two terms from 1996 to 2004, and another book has been compiled as his speeches in the assembly as the Leader of the Opposition in the united AP between 2004 and 2014.

Former Union Minister Ashok Gajapathi Raju, former Governor of Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu CH Vidyasagar Rao, CPI State Secretary K. Ramakrishna and others have expressed their views. The speeches made by Chandrababu Naidu on seven occasions as Chief Minister expressing gratitude for the Governor’s speech have been included in this.

These include his speeches on issues such as allocation of ration shops to women, protest against the height increase of the Almatti Dam, formation of a statutory committee for the classification of reservations, the girl child welfare scheme, and reforms in the tender system.

The second book includes the deterioration of law and order in Anantapur district during the Congress rule as the leader of the opposition, a speech protesting the killings of Telugu Desam activists, and a speech criticizing the Congress government for ignoring priorities in the construction of irrigation projects.

These two books will not only reflect Chandrababu Naidu’s political career in the combined state of Andhra Pradesh, particularly in the post-NTR period, it will also indicate major political developments of the state.
