Vijay Thalapathy’s much-awaited film ‘Thalapathy 69’ is poised to be a memorable film for his fans, as it is expected to be the actor’s last film before fully transitioning into politics. To elevate the excitement, the filmmakers are assembling a stellar ensemble cast.
For the past few days, the film team has been teasing fans with casting announcements. After confirming Bollywood actor Bobby Deol’s involvement in the project, they revealed that Pooja Hegde will star opposite Vijay Thalapathy, marking their second collaboration. Adding to the excitement, popular Premam actress Mamitha Baiju has also joined the cast.
Fueling the excitement, the makers have recently revealed that National Award-winning actress Priyamani, actor Narain Raam, and veteran actor Prakash Raj are among the latest additions to this star-studded cast.
Directed by H Vinoth, this yet-to-be-titled film will be produced by Venkat K Narayana under the banner of KVN Productions, with Jagadish Palanisamy and Lohit NK as co-producers. Musical sensation Anirudh Ravichander is at the helm of music direction, anticipating electrifying songs as Anirudh and Vijay’s collaboration produced blockbuster songs.
The technical crew includes Sathyan Sooryan as the cinematographer, stunts by ANL Arasu, and editing handled by Pradeep E. Raghav. This highly anticipated film is slated for a grand theatrical release in 2025.
Meanwhile, Vijay Thalapathy was last seen in ‘GOAT: The Greatest of All Time’ under the direction of Venkat Prabhu.
