The Telangana Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) has issued a notice to former Minister KTR in connection with the Formula-E racing case. The notice mandates KTR’s presence for questioning at 10 AM on January 6.
The ACB has intensified its investigation into the agreement between the Telangana Municipal Department and Formula-E Operations Limited (FEOL). The investigation is focusing on alleged violations related to this agreement. As part of its inquiry, the ACB has gathered crucial information in multiple stages from MAUD (Municipal Administration and Urban Development) Secretary, Dan Kishore. Recently, the ACB questioned Dan Kishore for approximately seven hours and is proceeding with the investigation based on the collected data.
Initial findings suggest that several key violations have occurred within the agreement. The ACB has identified critical lapses during the preliminary investigation, particularly regarding the handling of the deal and its execution. Based on the information gathered from MAUD, the ACB is preparing to question the individuals involved in these irregularities.
