TDP Emerged As The only Regional party with More Than 1 crore Members

After its membership crossed the 1 crore mark, the Telugu Desam Party has emerged as the only Regional Party in the country with more than one crore members.  Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu announced that the TDP membership has crossed 1 crore (1,00,52,598) and is a matter of great pride. He revealed that this is a great record in the membership registration of political parties.

On reaching this extraordinary goal, he congratulated all the members of the Telugu Desam family and said that this achievement has given him immense satisfaction. He expressed his congratulations and thanks to every worker and leader who participated in this great ceremony. He made it clear that this is the result of the hard work of the workers.

TDP chief stated that the leader of the party is the worker who has shaped the party with a crore yellow army. He said that Telugu Desam is flourishing day by day as a party of workers. On this occasion, he said that he specially congratulates Nara Lokesh, who is implementing many programs for the welfare of the party workers.

Chandrababu said that strengthening the Telugu nation means strengthening the state. He promised everyone on this occasion of joy that he would work harder to fulfill the aspirations of the workers and the aspirations of the people and keep the party and the state in a high position.

On October 26 last year, TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu formally launched the membership registration program in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Andaman. In just a span of a hundred days, TDP has created history in membership registration. 

The number of people who have taken membership so far has crossed the one crore mark and rewrote history. When the membership registration process ended on the Kanuma festival, 1 crore 52 thousand 598 people had taken TDP membership till then.

Leaders and workers participated in the membership registration program on a large scale and made it a success. They created more records in the membership registration program. 11 constituencies have crossed the one lakh membership mark.

In the top ten, Nellore City stood first with 1,49,270 members. Atmakur 1,48,802, Palakollu 1,48,559 stood second and third. Rajampet 1,45,766, Kuppam 1,38,446, Undi 1,21,527, Gurajala 1,11,458, Vinukonda 1,06,867, Mangalagiri 1,06,145, Kalyanadurgam 1,01,221, and Kovur 1,00,473 constituencies stood next in order.

TDP permanent memberships also received a huge response. This time, the TDP has started offering permanent memberships with a fee of Rs. 1 lakh, which is unprecedented since the party’s inception. Mangalagiri-145, Atmakur-137, Vinukonda-79, Gangadhara Nellore-62, and Tanuku-60 constituencies were in the top five.
