Suriya’s eagerly awaited fantasy action drama ‘Kanguva’ has finally unveiled its highly anticipated trailer today. Directed by Siruthai Siva, the film features Suriya and Disha Patani as the main leads, with Bollywood actor Bobby Deol portraying a powerful antagonist.
Slated for a worldwide theatrical release on October 10 this year, the filmmakers released the intriguing trailer for ‘Kanguva’. The trailer reveals a dramatic narrative set on a mystical island, showcasing the tribals preparing for a war with Bobby Deol, filled with epic emotions, raw rage, primal courage, and ruthless revenge by Suriya in its purest form on Bobby Deol.
Suriya and Bobby Deol were seen in a never-before-seen avatar with a fierce look. Devi Sri Prasad’s music added another layer to the cinematic experience.
The trailer heightened anticipation for the film by anticipating an intense showdown between Suriya and Bobby Deol, setting up a dynamic clash between the lead protagonist and the main antagonist.
Promising a grand visual spectacle, this high-budget film is jointly produced by the massive production houses of Studio Green and UV Creations. The film also has a stellar cast, including Jagapathi Babu, Yogi Babu, Natarajan Subramaniam, BS Avinash, and others in significant roles. The technical crew includes Vetri Palanisamy as the cinematographer, and Nishad Yusuf handles the editing.
The film is anticipated to be Suriya’s most expensive project to date and will be released worldwide in 38 languages. ‘Kanguva’ is set to be two parts, with the second part scheduled to begin in late 2025 or early 2026 and is expected to arrive in theaters in 2027.
