Speaking of Sanjay Leela Bansali’s creation, “Heeramandi” is a captivating Hindi period drama about the lives of courtesans in the red-light district of Heeramandi in Lahore against the backdrop of the Indian Independence Movement. The series boasts an ensemble cast, including Manisha Koirala, Aditi Rao Hydari, Sonakshi Sinha, Richa Chadha, Sharmin Segal, and Sanjeeda Shaikh in the pivotal roles.
On the work front, Siddharth will be seen in the much-anticipated sequel ‘Indian 2’, starring Kamal Haasan as the main lead. The film is helmed by Maverick director Shankar, and the film features a stellar cast including Kajal Aggarwal, Siddharth, Rakul Preet Singh, Priya Bhavani Shankar, and S.J. Suryah. The actor will also be seen in his next ‘Test’, alongside Madhavan and Nayanthara.
