Tollywood hero Shivaji, who was in the forefront when the people of Andhra Pradesh were facing critical issues in the wake of improper bifurcation of the state, has appealed to the people that ensuing elections are the last chance to save the state.
He deplored that though several chief ministers have contributed for the development of the state in several sectors, it is only YS Jaganmohan Reddy who made the state backward in all fields.
“If someone is giving it for free, it means that the prices of essentials will increase as a consequence. If you stop providing employment and give Rs. 10,000 per year, how will the family support? It is not money that is needed” he said.
Shivaji wondered over ridiculous questions raised by CM Jagan that what is the use of new companies asking how many jobs they may give? He said each major company is likely to provide over 1.60 lakh jobs directly or indirectly.
Expressing concern over the worsening scenario of the state, he said that if people want the future of their children to be better, they should vote for the three- party alliance candidates.
He said that the economy of the state has fallen, negative trends are seen in agriculture, education, health and other crucial sectors. Besides all these, he warned that the new Land Titling Act is a very risky one. Why do you survey our crop lands and bury stones on them?, he asked.
The Tollywood actor deplored that during the last five years the state has turned into a ganja forest like never before. If we don’t wake up, he cautioned that the coming generations will be destroyed. He asked people to realize before voting that the land where our ancestors were born is being destroyed.
