Taking to her Instagram handle, Samantha Ruth Prabhu shared her daily life with a post titled “A day in my life” captioned “Life’s golden.” Samantha begins her day with soaking up Vitamin D in natural sunlight, followed by oil pulling to improve her oral hygiene and to reduce harmful bacteria in the mouth, and Gua Sha to improve blood flow and support hair care.
By 7 a.m., she begins her workout session, as we all know how much Samantha is a fitness freak. She then takes a moment for prayer to express her gratitude to God. She then set out to the sets by 9 a.m., using an LED eye mask to care for her eyes on the way. She takes an ice bath for her face to reduce puffiness and boost circulation.
In the evening, her routine includes a red light therapy session at 6 p.m. to boost collagen production, then she heads out for a game of pickleball. She finishes her day with meditation at 9 p.m. and hits the bed at 10 p.m.
On the professional front, Samantha is currently preparing for her upcoming spy action series ‘Citadel: Honey Bunny’ helmed by Raj & DK, featuring alongside Varun Dhawan.
