Tollywood lady superstar Samantha Ruth Prabhu joined hands with Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh and cricketer Chateshwar Pujara for a hilarious ad. The dynamic duo teamed up for a commercial along with Chateshwar Pujara for the popular food delivery app ‘Zomato’.
The ad features Samantha and Ranveer as the owners of an IPL team. The ad begins with an IPL auction, where the duo was there to bid for the cricketers they wanted to enlist on their team. When the moderator utters Chateshwar Pujara’s name, Ranveer and Samantha give each other a look before they call the cricketer and tell him, “Tujhe bhi Khilayenge (We will make you play as well).”
However, Ranveer playfully twists the word ‘Khilayenge’ and, rather than selecting Pujara for his team, treats him to a delicious meal. Delighted by Ranveer’s antics, Pujara says, “You’ve hit a six, baba.” The advertisement concludes with Ranveer and Samantha relishing a cricket match along with Pujara.
They were also featured in another ad featuring the trio as gym buddies. Cricketer Chateshwar Pujara shared a selfie on his Instagram handle and captioned, “No one was harmed in this collab! We cool @ranveersingh @samantharuthprabhuoffl.” Ranveer Singh commented on the post, saying, “Hehehehehehe Pujji Bhai you are simply the coolest!”
On the work front, Samantha is gearing up for her next project with directors Raj and DK for the Indian adaptation of Citadel alongside Varun Dhawan.
Meanwhile, Ranveer Singh will be seen in his much-anticipated role in Rohit Shetty’s cop universe, Singham Again. In addition to this, his upcoming endeavors include Don-3 and Shaktimaan.
