Rs 640 cr. Spent For Jagan’s photos On Survey Stones!

Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu said that Rs 640 crore was spent for Jagan’s photo on the survey stones and a terrible law called the Land Titling Act was brought, which was repealed in the first cabinet meeting itself by him.

He released a white paper on exploitation of forest, natural resources, land and mine, which were looted and vandalized during the YS Jagan’s regime. However, Chandrababu said that  not everything is found in the records, unless we dig deeper at the field level.

He said that Jagan’s gang has chosen an innovative method to loot lands. He said that Rs.13 crores were spent on the campaign in the name of land rights documents. He said that private persons can be hired under the Land Titling Act, and this law was brought with great ego.

Referring to various land grabbing acts during the previous regime, he wondered how can the government issue informal pattas for house sites in Ramanaidu’s studio lands in Visakha? Hygriva lands worth crores were grabbed  in the name of then YCP MP.

A land worth crores has been allotted to Sharada Peetham for Rs. 1 lakh per acre. Lands worth crores of rupees were given to companies belonging to former MP MVV. Property worth Rs. 101 crore was sold in Ongole with fake documents, he added.

In Tirupati, Chandrababu said Matham lands were put in 22A and destroyed by YCP. 70 acres of land was included in 22A and awarded to YCP leaders. 982 acres of land in Chittoor was looted by YSP leaders through Ryotwari Pattas. In Punganur, under the control of a big leader, lands were acquired through ryotwari patlas.

Chief Minister alleged that Irregularities to the tune of Rs 3,000 crores have been done in the name of house site pattas. 10,000 acres of assigned land was grabbed from the SCs and STs for housing.

CM Chandrababu said that YCP leaders have committed many robberies in mining and quarry leases. Mines were looted with threats and heavy fines. The rules of first come first serve were violated and mines were dug. The YCP leaders have been accused of committing illegalities by bringing officers on deputation.

He said private agencies were brought in for sand mining, in which a Rs 9,750 crore scam was made. Excavation was done illegally with heavy machinery. He lamented that atrocity cases were filed against those who questioned illegal sand mining. He said that huge sand dandas have taken place in Krishna, Guntur and Godavari districts. He deplored that many people committed suicide because they could not pay bribes to YCP leaders.
