Row over Meenakshi Natarajan’s Padayatra In Telangana Congress!

Keeping the Chief Minister and ministers aside, the decision of Meenakshi Natarajan, the Congress state affairs in-charge in Telangana, to conduct a padayatra in the state has become a sensation in the party. Doubts are being raised as to whether the party high command lost trust over the reports and words given by CM Revanth Reddy on the situation in the state?

The discussion has intensified as to why there was a need for Meenakshi Natarajan to conduct a padayatra? This has never happened before, and if a padayatra is conducted, the state leaders should do it, but what is the point of making an in-charge? More importantly, why an in-charge padayatra in a state that is in power? They are discussing what message they want to give to the people through it.

The party leaders themselves are criticizing Meenakshi Natarajan’s padayatra decision. They are strongly opposing it in internal meetings. They are questioning what is the point of making an in-charge padayatra in a state where the party is in power. They are furious that she has decided to bulldoze the CM, Deputy CM, district in-charge ministers and MLAs, and what is the benefit of the party with the padayatra.

Will people remember her during the padayatra?, they are asking. What is the point of a party in power doing a padayatra? The schedule of Meenakshi Natarajan’s padayatra has been finalized. She will be doing the first phase of her padayatra from 31st of this month to 6th of August.

A plan has been made for the padayatra in six constituencies selected in the six joint districts. The padayatra will be started on 31st of this month in Parigi constituency of Rangareddy district. Along with offering Shramadan on 1st of August, she will also meet with party workers.

The march will be held in Andol constituency of Medak district on the 2nd, Armoor constituency of Nizamabad district on the 3rd, Khanapur constituency of Adilabad district on the 4th, Choppadandi of Karimnagar district on the 5th, and Vardhannapet constituency of Warangal district on the 6th. The Congress high command has formed a coordination group to organize the march. It is noteworthy that there are no people associated with Revanth Reddy or those close to him in this group.
