Rocking Star Yash Announces ‘Toxic’ Release Date for 2026

Rocking Star Yash has officially unveiled the release date for his highly anticipated gangster action thriller “Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups.” Aiming to dominate the box office, the film is set to hit theaters on March 19, 2026, coinciding with the festival of Gudi Padwa.

Yash surprised everyone by revealing the release date by sharing an exciting poster that captures him in a rugged, cowboy-inspired look as he walks through a dark landscape with a gun in hand, giving an intense and gritty vibe. In the background, a towering silhouette of Yash looms over a massive explosion that engulfs a building.

Earlier, the film was slated to arrive in theaters in 2025; however, it faced rescheduling due to the date issues of the film’s cast. Directed by National Award-winning director Geetu Mohandas, Toxic is being produced on a massive scale by Venkat K. Narayana and Yash under the banners of KVN Productions and Monster Mind Creations.

The film is shaping up as a true global project with international talent from Hollywood and across the industries in India and is simultaneously filming in Kannada and English languages, marking it as the first Indian film to do so.

Apart from Yash, the film has a star-studded cast, including Nayanthara, Kiara Advani, Huma Qureshi, Tara Sutaria, Darrell D’Silva, Akshay Oberoi, and others in pivotal roles. Rajeev Ravi is the cinematographer for this action flick.
