Reigning pan-India superstar Prabhas is the busiest actor in the country right now. He is currently occupied with numerous big-budget projects and has his schedule jam-packed for the next four years. Recently, he struck a three film deal with renowned production house ‘Hombale Films’ and made himself unavailable for other projects until 2028.
Interestingly, Kantara fame actor and director Rishab Shetty is likely to provide script for one of Prabhas’ upcoming films. Rishab Shetty maintains a strong rapport with Hombale Films having worked with them for Kantara. His upcoming film Kantara : Chapter 1 is also being produced under the same banner. Rishab is not just a multifaceted actor but also has impeccable script writing skills. Besides delivering a power-packed performance in Kantara, Rishab also demonstrated his directional and writing mettle.
Sources revealed that Rishab Shetty pitched a few exciting ideas to both Prabhas and Hombale Films. It is though unclear whether Rishab will develop a full-length story for any of the three films signed by Prabhas for Hombale Films or will it be a new project apart from these commitments.
The three projects are going to be helmed by Prashanth Varma, Prashanth Neel and Lokesh Kanagaraj. Rishab has already joined forces with Prashanth Varma for mythological behemoth Jai Hanuman. Both Varma and Rishab have a very good understanding. So, there are strong chances that Rishab might provide script for Prabhas – Prashanth Varma project.
Prabhas is presently working for Fauji and The Raja Saab. He has Kalki 2 lined up along with three projects of Hombale Films.
