Chief Minister Revanth Reddy alleged that the data was leaked across the country through a flawed Dharani. He criticized the Dharani portal brought by the previous government for keeping farmers away from their lands.
He recalled that the former CM KCR had told the assembly that he was bringing a miraculous law by racking his brains. But, he said that the Dharani portal was not invented by KCR himself, but was handed over to ILFS Company in Odisha in 2010 itself.
Stating that the CAG had pointed out that the Odisha government had made a mistake, he said in the assembly during the debate on the Bhu Bharathi Revenue Bill that the CAG had also concluded that there were flaws in the Dharani.
He said that the CAG four that a mistake was made in 2014 itself that the Dharani was handed over to an ineligible company. He alleged that people associated with Satyam Ramalingaraju got Dharani tenders. He criticized that Dharani tenders were handed over to a company with criminal cases given to people who are very close to Prince KTR.
Revanth alleged that those companies exist in countries that commit financial crimes. He said that a new law is being brought to replace the Dharani Act. CM Revanth said that this new law was introduced in the House to protect the rights of every eligible landowner, and that a law that would be useful to Telangana farmers should be brought after discussion.
CM Revanth Reddy said that details of 1.52 crore acres of land will be preserved through this new law. He made it clear that the rights of every landowner will be protected.
Meanwhile, in the Formula E car race, Revanth Reddy said that KTR conspired to loot Rs. 600 crore, and they prevented it. Speaking on the Formula E car race in the Assembly, Revanth Reddy questioned how HMDA funds go abroad? He alleged that KTR had a fraudulent agreement with this car race company. The CM said that a Formula E racing representative met him and asked him to pay the pending funds of Rs. 600 crore. Only then did he come to know about the real matter and he immediately took precautions.
