Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu and Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy convened at Praja Bhavan in Hyderabad to discuss a ten-point agenda aimed at resolving longstanding bifurcation issues. The meeting saw the participation of ministers and officials from both states. During the discussions, Revanth Reddy presented Chandrababu Naidu with a copy of ‘Na Godava,’ a book authored by Telangana writer Kaloji Narayana Rao, and felicitated him with a shawl. In return, Chandrababu Naidu gifted Revanth Reddy a portrait of Lord Venkateswara.
The meeting was attended by Telangana Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka, Ministers Ponnam Prabhakar and Sridhar Babu, and Chief Secretary Shanti Kumari along with other officials. Key issues on the agenda included the status of the seven mandals in Khammam, water sharing, distribution of assets listed in the Ninth and Tenth Schedules, pending financial bills, division of employees, and the transfer of buildings in Hyderabad.
