Rana Presents Kothapallilo Okappudu — A Unique Village Tale Coming July 18

The highly awaited movie Kothapallilo Okappudu, presented by Rana Daggubati and directed by Praveena Paruchuri, is ready to win hearts with its real rural theme. Gopalakrishna Paruchuri and Praveena Paruchuri have produced the movie under the banner of Paruchuri Vijaya Praveena Arts, and the lead roles are played by Manoj Chandra, Monika, and Usha Bonela.

The movie recently shot into the spotlight with its captivating pre-look poster, followed by the teaser release which triggered curiosity and left the audience craving for more. The plot revolves around a young boy who runs a recording studio in his village and goes in search of a dancer. His search ranges not only in his own village but extends to neighboring hamlets as well. But a confusion occurs when villagers see him trailing behind the girl and thereby take him to the village elder. The teaser promises a suspenseful story, inviting viewers to see the complete story come out.

Though information on the shooting schedule is kept secret, Kothapallilo Okappudu will hit theaters on July 18. From the same minds that brought critically acclaimed movies like C/o Kancharapalem and Uma Maheswara Ugra Roopasya, one can only anticipate a lot from this movie.

Known for promoting content led cinema, Rana Daggubati’s involvement with this project also adds some validity. As Kothapallilo Okappudu features a true villageness setting and interesting narrative, it could be a lot of fun to watch.
