Tollywood actors Rana Daggubati and Manchu Lakshmi have sought additional time from the Enforcement Directorate (ED) to appear for questioning in connection with the ongoing probe into betting app promotions. The ED had issued summons to several film personalities, including Prakash Raj and Vijay Deverakonda, over their alleged involvement in endorsing illegal betting platforms.
Rana, who was scheduled to appear on July 23, requested a rescheduling due to prior shooting commitments. Manchu Lakshmi, who was summoned for August 13, has also informed the agency of her inability to attend on the specified date. As per the ED notice, Prakash Raj is expected to appear on July 30.
