Ram Pothineni and Puri Jagannadh reunited for the blockbuster sequel ‘Double iSmart’, set to release on August 15. Starring Ram Pothineni and Kavya Thapar as the main leads, the makers of this highly anticipated film unveiled a lyrical video of the second single, ‘Maar Muntha Chod Chinta’.
Touted to be a Desi party anthem, the song ‘Maar Muntha Chod Chinta’ lives up to its hype, delivering on its promise with high energy that perfectly matches its title. With Mani Sharma’s mass musical composition, the song is elevated by Ram Pothineni’s peppy mass steps and Kavya Thapar’s sizzling dance moves.
The song lyrics were penned by Shyam Kasarla, with energetic vocals by Rahul Sipliganj, Dhanunjay, and Keerthana Sharma for the Telugu version. The dance choreography for this mass song was handled by Vijay Polaki.Promising to deliver twice the action and entertainment than the prequel, the film is helmed by dynamic director Puri Jagannadh. Produced by Puri Jagannadh and Charmmee Kaur under the banner of Puri Connects, Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt is portraying the film’s main antagonist, with other talented cast members Bani J, Ali, Getup Srinu, Sayaji Shinde, Makrand Deshpande, Temper Vamsi, and others in pivotal roles.
Scheduled for a pan-Indian release, the film will hit theaters in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Kannada, and Malayalam languages and is set to compete with many other films like ’35-Chinna Katha Kaadu’, ‘Aay’, ‘Stree 2’, and ‘Vedaa’.
