Even before the release of SS Rajamouli’s RRR, Ram Charan started working on Shankar Shanmugam’s political thriller Game Changer. He dedicated ample Game Changer in the last couple of years without deviating his attention towards any other commitments. But, the film didn’t release till now because Shankar simultaneously worked on Kamal Haasan’s Indian 2.
After dedicating nearly three years, Ram Charan finally ended his marathon shoot for Game Changer today in Hyderabad. Today is the last day of shoot for Charan’s portion. Barring any patchwork, his schedule ends today. Despite multiple delays and numerous production challenges, Charan worked hard with dedication because he trusted Shankar’s ability to deliver a blockbuster that would resonate all over the country.
He is confident that the long wait is all worth for his fanbase as the box office numbers will make the talking once the film releases. He is playing a dual role in this social drama.
Charan will now take a month long break before moving on to his next outing with Buchi Babu Sana. He will play the role of an inspiring sportsman in RC16 which is expected to start rolling next month. Charan will undergo tremendous physical transformation before shooting for his role.
In the meantime, Shankar wants to wrap up the remaining portion of Game Changer in the next few weeks and make it ready for release later this year. There are reports that producer Dil Raju is planning to announce the release date very soon. Kiara Advani is the female lead.
