Global icon Priyanka Chopra, who has been residing in Los Angeles following her marriage to American singer Nick Jonas, has reportedly sold multiple properties in Mumbai. According to real estate analytics platform IndexTap, the actress recently completed a significant transaction, selling four apartments in Oberoi Sky Garden, Andheri, for ₹16.17 crore.
This is not the first instance of Priyanka liquidating her real estate holdings in India. In 2021, she sold two properties in Versova, followed by the sale of two penthouses in Lokhandwala in 2023. Despite these sales, the actress continues to own properties in Goa, New York, and Los Angeles, where she currently resides with her family.
Priyanka Chopra Joins Rajamouli’s SSMB29
On the professional front, Priyanka Chopra remains active in Hollywood and was last seen in the American version of Citadel. Meanwhile, reports suggest that she is set to make her Tollywood debut with director S.S. Rajamouli’s much-anticipated film SSMB29.
The actress is rumored to be portraying a pivotal antagonist role in the film, marking her first appearance in Telugu cinema. She participated in the film’s shoot for a few days in January and February and is expected to return to Hyderabad for subsequent schedules. Given Rajamouli’s extensive production timelines, which typically span one to two years, Priyanka is likely to spend considerable time in Hyderabad despite selling her Mumbai properties.
