Hyderabad: Actor Priyadarshi has shared insights into his role in Game Changer, starring Ram Charan and directed by Shankar. Speaking to the media, he stated that his primary motivation for accepting the film was the opportunity to work under Shankar’s direction. He also confirmed that he was aware of his character’s limited screen time before joining the project.
During the promotional event for Court: State vs. A Nobody, directed by Ram Jagadeesh and produced by Nani, Priyadarshi discussed his experience in Game Changer. He noted that he had signed the film even before Balagam, at a time when he was primarily cast in supporting roles as the hero’s friend. He revealed that while he had filmed several scenes, some were removed during editing. Despite his role being minor, he expressed satisfaction over working with Shankar, Ram Charan, and key crew members. He further mentioned that although he was on set for nearly 25 days, his final screen time in the film amounts to approximately two minutes.
Priyadarshi also spoke about his long-standing aspiration to collaborate with Megastar Chiranjeevi. He revealed that he was initially considered for a role in Acharya, but it was later omitted. He further disclosed that he had sought roles in Bobby’s Waltair Veerayya and Meher Ramesh’s Bholaa Shankar, but the opportunities did not materialize. Currently, he is awaiting an opportunity to work in Anil Ravipudi’s upcoming project.
Meanwhile, Court: State vs. A Nobody features Priyadarshi alongside actors Shivaji, Harsh Roshan, Sridevi, Sai Kumar, Rohini, and Harsha Vardhan in key roles. The film is set for release on March 14.
