President Droupadi Murmu received a warm welcome from Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu and Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan during her visit to the state. She was greeted with flower bouquets upon her arrival at Gannavaram Airport.
The reception was attended by AP Governor S. Abdul Nazeer, Chief Minister Chandrababu, Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan, along with TDP MPs and BJP leaders. Following her arrival, the President was accorded a guard of honour by the police.
Subsequently, President Murmu proceeded by road to Mangalagiri, where she participated as the chief guest at the AIIMS convocation ceremony.
