Prabhas Waives His Fee for Manchu Vishnu’s Epic ‘Kannappa’

Renowned pan-Indian actor Prabhas, celebrated for his roles in blockbuster films such as ‘Baahubali’ and ‘Salaar’, has made a remarkable decision regarding his involvement in ‘Kannappa’. Surprisingly, the actor has opted not to charge any remuneration for his cameo role in Manchu Vishnu’s Magnum opus.

This decision was taken based on his deep personal connection with actor-producer Mohan Babu. The two share a strong relationship, having worked together previously in ‘Bujjigadu’, reflecting the profound respect and admiration he holds for him. This gesture shows Prabhas’s golden heart, his unwavering dedication to his craft, and the real generosity in his character.

Recently, Manchu Vishnu shared a poster announcing Prabhas had joined the sets of ‘Kannappa’ and commenced his shooting. Earlier, Bollywood-renowned actor Akshay Kumar wrapped up his schedule for this most-awaited mythological film, generating immense excitement among fans.

Adding to the anticipation, the film features a star-studded cast including all the big names in the Indian film industry, such as Prabhas, Akshay Kumar, Mohan Lal, Nayanthara, Kajal Aggarwal, Tamannaah Bhatia, Madhubala, Sarath Kumar, Shiva Rajkumar, Brahmanandam, and many others in significant roles.

The epic grandeur tale is helmed by talented director Mukesh Kumar Singh and backed by actor Mohan Babu under 24 Frames Factory and Ava Entertainments.
