Police summoned MP Avinash Reddy’s PA Raghav Reddy To present At Kadapa Cyber Crime PS on Monday

Finally, the Police have served notices to YCP MP Avinash Reddy’s PA Raghav Reddy in Pulivendula, who has been avoiding for several days. Soon after he has surfaced suddenly on Sunday after over a month of `absconding’, the Pulivendula police have served him 35BNS notices.

They have given notices to appear at the Kadapa Cyber Crime Police Station on Monday at 9 am. Raghav Reddy is facing charges in Raghav Reddy is facing charges in the Varra Ravinder Reddy case, related to YCP social media abuse. Heappeared in Pulivendula after the AP High Court ordered him not to be arrested until the 12th of this month.

It is known that the Pulivendula police went to Raghav Reddy’s house to come for questioning in the social media case. Raghav Reddy said that he would come for questioning if the notices were given. However, the Pulivendula police turned back.

DSP Murali Nayak is interrogating a person named Pawan Kumar in the Varra Ravinder Reddy case. Meanwhile, the Kadapa District SC and ST Court (4th Additional District Court) has dismissed the anticipatory bail petition filed by  Raghav Reddy in a case related to obscene posts on social media.

Obscene posts were posted on the social media against the then opposition leaders Chandrababu Naidu, Lokesh, Pawan Kalyan, Anita, Manda Krishna Madiga, YS Sharmila and others under the auspices of YCP.

On the complaint of a person named Hari from Simhadripuram in Pulivendula constituency, an SC and ST case was registered in Pulivendula against YCP Social Media District Co-Convenor Varra Ravindra Reddy, Sajjala Bhargav Reddy and some others. Bandi Raghav Reddy (A-20) is an accused in the same case.

Varra has already been arrested by the police. He is currently in remand in Kadapa Central Jail. Raghav Reddy filed a petition in the SC and ST court seeking anticipatory bail, which was rejected.

The police had previously issued a search warrant for MP Avinash Reddy PA Raghav Reddy. The Pulivendula police had pasted notices at Raghav Reddy’s house in Ambaka Pally, Lingala Mandal. Officials said that they had taken permission to search the house at any moment.

The police have started a hunt for Raghav Reddy, who has been absconding for the past week. In this context, 41-A notices were also issued to YCP Social Media District Convener Vivekananda Reddy.
