PM Modi To launch Rs 2 Lakh crore schemes In Visakha Today

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is visiting Visakhapatnam on Wednesday and will launch projects worth over Rs 2 lakh crore, taking Andhra Pradesh to another level of development. Of this, the foundation stone of the NTPC Integrated Green Hydrogen Hub, to be built on 1200 acres with an investment of Rs. 1.85 lakh crore in Pudimadaka, Anakapalle district, will be laid.

The foundation stone of the Krishnapatnam Industrial Hub, to be set up with an investment of Rs. 1500 crore, and the foundation stone of the huge pharmaceutical park, to be set up in Nakkapalle with an investment of Rs. 1800 crore, will be laid. Modi will also lay the foundation stone of the Krishnapatnam Industrial Area in Tirupati district, as part of the Chennai-Bengaluru Industrial Corridor.

The estimated cost of roads and railway works is Rs 19,500 crore. In addition to these, the Prime Minister will lay the foundation stone for more than 10 other projects. He will also dedicate six newly constructed and expanded roads and railway lines to the nation. This is his first visit of PM Modi to the state after the formation of the coalition government in the state.

Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu and Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan are also participating in this tour. A huge public meeting will be held this evening at the Andhra University Engineering College grounds. The Prime Minister will arrive at INS Dega in a special flight at 4:15 pm. At 4:45 pm, the three leaders will jointly organize a grand road show from Siripuram intersection to AU Engineering College grounds. The public meeting will be held from 5:30 pm to 6:45 pm.

Prime Minister Modi will lay the foundation stone and inaugurate various schemes virtually from the stage of the assembly. Prime Minister Modi posted in Telugu on his visit to Visakhapatnam and Odisha. He said that he is looking forward to spending time with the people of Visakhapatnam to launch many other key projects like green, renewable energy, infrastructure, etc.

He said that it is a matter of happiness to lay the foundation stone of the NTPC Green Energy Limited Green Hydrogen Hub project, which is the first hub of the National Green Hydrogen Mission.

Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu, who responded to Modi’s post, welcomed the event on behalf of the people of AP. He described today’s event, where foundation stones and inauguration ceremonies for projects worth over Rs. 2 lakh crore will be held, as a key step in the development of the state.

The state government has made extensive arrangements to make the Prime Minister’s visit a success. Union Minister Bhupathi Raju Srinivasa Varma, Ministers Atchannaidu, Anitha, Kollu Ravindra, Nadendla Manohar, BJP State President Purandeswari, and Anakapalle MP CM Ramesh inspected the arrangements. Stating that AP was destroyed in every way during the YSRCP regime, Minister Atchannaidu and Purandeswari expressed happiness that Modi is initiating many development programs.
