Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday cautioned that the Congress and Samajwadi Party will run a bulldozer over the Ram temple if elected to power, and asked them to take “tuition” from Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath “where to run bulldozers”.
“Congress and SP first put Lord Ram in a tent and then said that a hospital or Dharamsala should be constructed there instead of the temple. I have come to know that Congress is preparing to overturn the Supreme Court verdict on the Ram Mandir and use a bulldozer over it. They should learn from Yogi Adityanath how to use the bulldozer judiciously,” he added.
Addressing a series of election rallies in Uttar Pradesh, though he claimed that Congress may not win more than 50 Lok Sabha seats, he repeatedly tried to create fear among people ‘if Congress comes to power’. He said the INDIA bloc is in the fray to create “instability” and is collapsing like a pack of cards as the polls progress.
“There are reports that in order to save its honour, the Congress is working on ‘Mission 50’. The Congress is now working to somehow get at least 50 (Lok Sabha) seats,” said PM Modi.
He accused that both the Congress and Samajwadi Party are sympathisers of terrorists, that is why terrorists get a free hand when Samajwadi Party and Congress come to power. He alleged that Samajwadi Party’s governance model has been ‘one district, one mafia’ and they used to give one district to the mafia on contract.
“The SP-Congress have surrendered to appeasement. And when Modi is telling their truth to the country, they say Modi is creating Hindu-Muslim divide. The vote bank these people run after has also started understanding their truth now”, he added.
Asserting that his government is going to score a hat-trick, Modi said in the new government, he has to take many big decisions for the poor, youth, women and farmers, and for that he has come here to seek the blessings of the people of Barabanki and Mohanlalganj. “June 4 is not far. Today, the whole country and the world knows that the Modi government is going to score a hat-trick,” he asserted.
