PM Modi says Amaravati Is A game changer For Realizing His Dream of Viksit Bharat

While development of Amaravati is realization of NT Rama Rao’s dream of `Vikasit Andhra Pradaesh’, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that it will be a `game changer’ for realizing his dream of Viksit Bharat. Relaunching capital Amaravati works, he said that

Amaravati has the power to transform Andhra Pradesh into a modern state.

“These are not mere foundation stones. They are a testament to AP’s progress and a developed India.Amaravati has the power to transform Andhra Pradesh into a modern state. Amaravati is not a city. It is a power”, he said.

He laid the foundation stone of capital structures worth Rs. 49,000. He said that the sacrifice of farmers who gave thousands of acres for the capital will never be forgotten and assured that the dream of Amaravati is being realized. He said that both historical tradition and progress are moving together.

Modi said that we are going to see a new Amaravati and a new Andhra Pradesh. He said that it is a pleasure to meet you in this land of Durga Bhavani and praised this place as a blend of Buddhist heritage and progress. He said that this is an auspicious sign for the construction of Swarnandhra Pradesh.

PM Modi assured that the Center will cooperate in the construction of Amaravati at record speed. The Prime Minister said that Amaravati will fulfill the dreams of everyone in AP. He said that there is no one better than Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu when it comes to doing big projects in the country, whether it is done quickly or with quality.

He recalled “When I was the CM of Gujarat, Chandrababu was the CM of Andhra Pradesh. I was someone who knew the initiative that Chandrababu showed in the field of technology and IT. I am able to do the things that I learned then”

The Prime Minister laid the foundation stone for 94 development works worth a total of Rs 57,962 crores and dedicated them to the nation. In Amaravati, he laid the foundation stone for 74 projects worth Rs 49,040 crores and nine projects worth Rs 5028 crores. He inaugurated 8 national highways worth Rs 3680 crores.

He dedicated three railway projects worth Rs 254 crores to the nation. Construction of new Assembly, Secretariat, High Court buildings and residential complex buildings for judges will be undertaken in the capital. The Prime Minister inaugurated the PM Ekta Mall in Visakhapatnam.

“The Center will help continue the construction of Amaravati at record speed. Amaravati will fulfill the dreams of everyone in AP. The capital Amaravati is the hope of AP, the hopes of a developed India.. the seed of Swarnandhra. Amaravati is going to transform AP into a modern state. Amaravati is not a city.. it is a power,” he said.

PM Modi said that Amaravati will be at the forefront of AI, technology, green energy, and education. “India has become one of the developing countries in the last ten years. A new chapter of connectivity is about to begin in AP. Transporting our crops in a short time will also be useful for tourism, pilgrimage and other sectors. The construction of highways will develop tourism”, he added.
