Meanwhile, the makers of Pawan’s much anticipated gangster drama OG have decided to cheer up his fans on the eve of his birthday on September 2nd. The first single of OG will be out very soon and the exact date of release will be announced on Monday as a birthday treat. The team initially planned to give a birthday treat by releasing this song on September 2nd. Unfortunately, due to the ongoing inclement weather conditions, they postponed the release of the song.
A scintillating poster with the song release date will be out on Monday. Directed by Saaho fame Sujeeth, OG is billed as a stylish action thriller based on Mumbai mafia. Pawan Kalyan will be seen in a ferocious role as a gangster who rules a fiefdom.
The shooting formalities of OG will resume in a few more weeks. As Pawan Kalyan is busy with his political activities, a special set will be erected in Mangalagiri to facilitate Pawan to shoot for the pending portions without much inconvenience.
Priyanka Arul Mohan and Emraan Hashmi are playing significant roles. SS Thaman will score the soundtrack. DVV Danayya is bankrolling the film on a staggering budget.
