He commended Sitharaman for emphasizing national development over political considerations through the budget. Acknowledging the Centre’s continued support for Andhra Pradesh, he noted that the approval of revised estimates for the Polavaram project would accelerate its completion.
Pawan Kalyan also highlighted the allocation of ₹3,295 crore for the Visakhapatnam Steel Plant, asserting that the Modi government remains committed to its protection. He expressed confidence that the state government, under Chief Minister Chandrababu’s leadership, would effectively utilize the opportunities provided by the Centre.
Welcoming the income tax exemption for earnings up to ₹12 lakh, he stated that the decision would significantly benefit the middle class.
