Lamenting that YSRCP leaders are threatening them that they will see their end after returning to power in 2029, Deputy Chief Minister and Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan warned them that he will see how they will come to power again?
Speaking at a meeting organized after laying the foundation stone for a drinking water scheme in Narasimhapuram, Prakasam district, Pawan criticized the YSRCP for threatening the average person. He accused them of intimidating and harassing them with rowdyism and hooliganism.
He lashed out at the previous rulers for not even caring about providing fresh water. He said that if the previous rulers had incurred lakhs of crores in debt, they would have withstood it all and are moving forward today. He alleged that during the YSRCP regime, wherever vacant lands were found, they were looted.
He clarified that the process of taking back the encroached temple lands has been started and the government has taken the responsibility of protecting them. He said that he has no personal grudge against anyone and said that the previous government did not care about the Jal Jeevan Mission.
Pawan Kalyan said that this is the first time since independence that this is the biggest drinking water scheme in Prakasam district. He said that drinking water is going to be provided to a population of more than 10 lakhs.
He said that the previous government did not undertake any fresh water scheme. He criticized that they were confined to laying stone slabs before the elections.
The Deputy Chief Minister said one need not worry about alleged internal differences between coalition partners in the government, as he and Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu have clear clarity on their respective roles in the alliance. He said that there may be some differences in the alliance but the leaders should not be cursing and poking each other.
He said that the people of AP have given them responsibility with great trust in them. He made it clear that no one is more and no one is less in the alliance. He suggested that they should respect each other.
He made it clear that he did not speak to belittle any party. Stating that not all fingers are the same, he said that only when all fingers come together, they become a fist.
