Tollywood actor and Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan has resumed shooting for his upcoming film Ustaad Bhagat Singh, directed by Harish Shankar. The new schedule began on Tuesday in Hyderabad, with Pawan and other key cast members taking part in the production. The project, which marks the actor’s reunion with Harish Shankar after the 2012 blockbuster Gabbar Singh, had been delayed multiple times but is now back on track. Actress Sreeleela plays the female lead in the action entertainer.
This comes shortly after Pawan completed filming for Hari Hara Veera Mallu, a historical drama directed by Krish, and OG, helmed by Sujeeth. While Hari Hara Veera Mallu was earlier scheduled for a June 12 release, it has now been postponed, with the makers expected to announce a new release date soon. Meanwhile, OG is confirmed for a Dasara release on September 25. With these back-to-back projects, Pawan Kalyan is expected to have a strong box office presence in the latter half of 2025.
