The Andhra Pradesh government has taken an innovative initiative to increase cooperation between the teachers, parents, and local leaders. This program called Mega Parents-Teachers Meet was conducted in all the government schools of the state. Recently, Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu joined the event at Bapatla, and Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan attended the Kadapa leg of the program.
Upon arriving in Kadapa, Pawan Kalyan received a warm welcome at Begumpet Airport. He then traveled by road to the Municipal Corporation High School, where he was honored by local police forces. Before the event, he visited the temple on the school grounds to offer special prayers.
At the meeting, Pawan Kalyan engaged with students, listened attentively to their concerns, and conversed with parents to understand their viewpoints. During his speech, he highlighted the rich educational history of Rayalaseema, noting that the region once boasted a large number of libraries and produced many remarkable individuals. He called for efforts to restore the area’s educational legacy.
Pawan Kalyan also addressed the pressing Uddanam kidney disease issue, reminding the audience of the ₹61 crore allocated by Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu for the Uddanam project.
Discussing the water scarcity in Kadapa, despite it being home to two former Chief Ministers, Pawan Kalyan expressed his surprise at the issue. He assured the people that ₹45 crore had been allocated for the Pulivendula drinking water project and committed to resolving the water crisis, promising ongoing support to the region’s residents.
