Panic in YCP ahead of counting of votes

As the deadline for counting of votes approaches, the excitement among YCP candidates and leaders is increasing. They are seen in panic as all the surveys are coming in favor of the alliance.

Particularly disappointment mounted among YCP circles in Visakhapatnam, from where Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy announced would continue his regime after winning in this election.

Though YCP leaders are maintaining a `brave face’ stating that they would return to power with a comfortable majority, the mood of celebration did not prevail among them.

Though Jagan Mohan Reddy’s visit to I-PAC office in Vijayawada, a few hours before his departure on a foreign tour and declared confidence of returning to power with more seats than previous time, it failed to create enthusiasm among YCP circles.

Minister Botsa Satyanarayana took another step forward and announced that YS Jaganmohan Reddy will take oath as the CM for the second time in Visakhapatnam on June 9. They have been campaigning that all the hotels in Visakha were full on 8th and 9th of June.

However, as most of the survey organizations, political analysts and psephologists are saying that TDP, Jana Sena and BJP alliance is going to form the government in the state, the YCP candidates and leaders are getting confused.

Besides this, the betting is also going on unilaterally. Many are willing to bet that the alliance will succeed. No one is coming forward to join the YCP side. They are complaining to their close friends that they have spent huge amounts of money to win the elections, and now if they lose that would be a big shock to them financially also.

They felt that even if they are defeated if their party wins they can manage their financial commitments. But, if the party failed to return power, they are seen in panic on how to repay huge debts they incurred for the election.
