The star recently concluded a crucial shooting schedule in Mumbai, which featured high-intensity scenes alongside Hrithik Roshan and several impactful solo sequences. After wrapping up this important phase, NTR returned to Hyderabad last night.
He assures that he will finish all his portions for War 2 by January 2025, thus aligning perfectly with the team’s goal of finishing the film’s shoot—songs excepted—within the same time frame. Director Ayan Mukerji and his team are working like there’s no tomorrow to meet the deadlines for this much-awaited action entertainer.
Following the conclusion of War 2, NTR is set to switch gears and focus on Prashanth Neel’s ambitious project, Dragon. Although production was initially scheduled to start in January 2025, NTR pushed the timeline to February to ensure his commitments for War 2 are fulfilled. Once on board, the actor plans to give his undivided attention to the film until the shoot is completed.
Produced in collaboration between Mythri Movie Makers and NTR Arts, Dragon will be an exciting action show. Scheduled to hit screens during Sankranthi 2026, the movie, directed by Prashanth Neel, promises to be another high octane drama where adrenaline pumping action sequences will go on to enthrall the viewers.
Among all these projects, NTR will take a small gap in August 2025 for promotional activities of War 2. With these two big films in his bag, the actor is ready to leave a permanent mark both in Bollywood and Tollywood and seal his status as a true pan-Indian hero.
