Nithiin Was Afraid to Talk to Me: NTR

The comedy entertainer MAD Square, a sequel to the successful film MAD, continues to perform well at the box office. Directed by Kalyan Shankar and produced by Harika Suryadevara and Sai Soujanya, the film features Narne Nithiin, Sangeeth Shobhan, and Ram Nithiin in lead roles.

A grand success meet was held in Hyderabad on Friday, with Jr. NTR attending as the chief guest. Speaking at the event, he praised director Kalyan Shankar for delivering a sequel that outperformed its predecessor. “It is rare for a sequel to surpass the success of the original. Kalyan has achieved this feat, and I hope he continues making such films. Every character in the film was highly enjoyable,” he said.

Jr. NTR also commended Vishnu’s portrayal of Laddu, stating, “His performance was crucial to the film’s success. Playing an innocent character convincingly is challenging, but he did it exceptionally well.”

Reflecting on his association with Narne Nithiin, Jr. NTR shared, “In 2011, when I got married, Nithiin was just a young boy who hesitated to speak to me. The only time he spoke with confidence, he told me, ‘Babai, I will become an actor.’ However, he never sought my recommendation or involvement. He made his own choices, and today, his success makes me proud. His collaborations with talented directors and producers have contributed to his growth as an actor.”
