After keeping a low profile for several months, Nikhil finally spoke about his projects in a recent interview. He confirmed that he is indeed working on two big projects, one of which includes Swayambhu. Unlike rumors, the movie is 95% ready with just a few scenes remaining to be shot. The crew has been working secretly, and they are now preparing to finish the remaining segments. Nikhil also promised fans that an official announcement about the film will be made soon.
Bharat Krishnamachari directs Swayambhu, which is coming as a grand socio-fantasy action drama. Nikhil trained rigorously in martial arts and sword fighting to make his role justice. The biggest-budget film of his career, the movie features Samyuktha Menon as the heroine, with Nabha Natesh appearing in a significant role.
Besides Swayambhu, Nikhil is also occupied with The India House, a much-awaited period drama with Ram Charan as a producer. The movie is based on a very special and interesting concept, and the production is ongoing.
Nikhil assured that Swayambhu is ready to be released this year, while The India House will arrive on screens in 2025.
In the meantime, the buzz for Karthikeya 3 is gradually building up. Director Chandoo Mondeti, who recently delivered a blockbuster with Tandel, is already busy scripting the third part of the hit Karthikeya series.
