Recently, Netflix announced exciting news, revealing that it will release a biographical documentary on the blockbuster filmmaker who produced hits like Baahubali and RRR.
Sharing this thrilling news on their social media handles, the popular OTT platform Netflix shared a poster featuring SS Rajamouli. Along with the poster, they wrote, “One man. Numerous blockbusters. Endless ambition. What did it take for this legendary filmmaker to reach his peak? Modern Masters: S.S. Rajamouli, coming on 2 August, only on Netflix!”
Showering his admiration, Rana Daggubati commented on the post and wrote, “MY MASTER.”
The documentary will provide an in-depth look at Rajamouli’s exceptional art work through the perspectives of renowned filmmakers such as James Cameron, Joe Russo, and Karan Johar. It was reported that it will also feature insights from the star actors like Prabhas, Rana Daggubati, Jr. NTR, and Ram Charan, who have had experiences with the filmmaker Rajamouli.
Presented by the renowned film critic Anupama Chopra, “Modern Masters: S.S. Rajamouli” is jointly backed by the production houses of Applause Entertainment and Film Companion. Scheduled to release on August 2, the biographical documentary about Rajamouli will be available only on Netflix.
On the work front, Maverick director Rajamouli is currently gearing up for his next with Superstar Mahesh Babu. The upcoming film, tentatively titled ‘SSMB 29’, is touted to be a globe-trotting adventure.
