Minister Nara Lokesh said that they will provide the skill training required for creating jobs in green energy and said that they are launching the skill portal from September 1. He cautioned that if skills cannot be changed in line with the changing new industrial revolution, opportunities cannot be seized.
Ministers Lokesh and Gottipati Ravi attended the Green Energy Conference jointly organized by AP Skill Development Corporation and Swaniti Initiative in Vijayawada on the topic “Andhra Pradesh as a Solar and Wind Energy Talent Hub”. He said that everyone is working hard to create 20 lakh jobs in the state.
Lokesh believed that the green energy sector will provide employment and employment opportunities to rural youth and women. He said that this conference is being organized not only to empower the country’s green energy future and to make AP a skill hub for solar and wind energy, but also to empower the world’s green energy future.
“Amazing employment opportunities for the youth through skill development. We are all working hard to create 20 lakh jobs. Employment and employment opportunities for rural youth and women with green energy. We will launch the skill portal on September 1. The youth should improve their skills in line with the times. We will make AP a skill hub for solar and wind energy”, he said.
Minister Gottipati Ravikumar said, “After our government came to power, it brought a green energy policy. The CM’s presentation instilled confidence in investors. We brought the AP Green Energy Policy with a target of 160 gigawatts. Rayalaseema is very favorable for green energy. The government has signed a large number of MoUs so far”.
“The MoUs are taking shape in the coming days. We will complete the projects and make them available by 2029. We need skilled youth to complete the projects. We will provide skill training to the youth through APSSDC. We are working towards creating 20 lakh jobs”, he added.
Ravi Kumar said that they are providing solar connections to every household through PM Suryagarh. He said that Reliance has come forward to set up CBG plants and CBG plants will provide employment to the youth and better rent to farmers. Reliance’s 500 CBG plants will provide employment to 2.5 lakh people, he said.
