Minister Nara Lokesh strongly criticized former chief minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy for making inappropriate comments on Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan. Before criticizing Pawan Kalyan, he advised Jagan to recall the seats and majorities his party won in the 2024 general elections.
Lokesh said that Jagan should self-criticize about being confined to 11 seats and not trusting his own people. The minister was furious that Jagan was being disingenuous, as if he would come to the assembly without winning as an MLA. He alleged that he came from Bangalore in a hurry, held a press meet and prepared to return to Bangalore again, fearing the alliance’s majority in MLC elections.
Lokesh demanded Jagan to answer to whom he provided 40 lakh jobs and where? He revealed that his government is trying to restore the state’s revenue that has fallen due to the destruction done by Jagan. He deplored that Botsa Satyanarayana has nothing to do except read the script in the council.
He objected that Botsa can’t say anything about Jagan’s stand on the 3 capitals. Moreover, Minister Lokesh said that it is understandable that Jagan is in frustration. He flagged that he is living away from the people both when he was in power and after losing power.
He expressed anger as to whether he will speak in a way that discredits Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu about the opposition status that the people did not give him. The minister questioned where Jagan, who has not conducted a single DSC in 5 years, has the right to talk about it.
He advised that it would be better to introspect now as to why he got 11 seats. Lokesh challenged Jagan to swear on his children that he has not done any corruption in liquor. He clarified that the majority of promises in Super 6 were implemented within 9 months.
He said that the rest are being implemented in a systematic manner. He revealed that all the promises will be implemented in a phased manner. Minister Lokesh was furious that Jagan had ignored promises like liquor ban and CPS abolition.
