The AP Minister for Education, IT and Electronics Nara Lokesh, who arrived in the city of San Francisco in the United States with the aim of attracting investments, was given an unprecedented welcome by representatives of IT SERV and NRI TDP at the airport.
Lokesh is visiting America for the first time after the NDA alliance’s registered momentous victory in AP. “Telugus are shining in the global IT sector, it is because of the strong direction provided by TDP National President and AP CM Chandrababu Naidu. When you hear the name Hyderabad Hi-Tech City, Chandrababu comes to mind” recollected by local NRI professionals.
“In 2000, he was a wise man who predicted the future for the IT sector by saying ‘Vision 2020’. Following in his father’s footsteps, Minister Lokesh is working tirelessly to achieve a developed Andhra Pradesh in 2047,” praised NRI leaders. Minister Lokesh will visit America from October 25 to November 1. He will attend the IT Service Synergy 9th Conference to be held in Las Vegas on 29th of this month.
Lokesh will participate in the unveiling of NTR’s statue organized by NTR Trust in Atlanta on 31st. He met industrialists in San Francisco and said that in the background of the Y2K boom, IT has developed rapidly in the cities of Hyderabad and Bangalore and Andhra Pradesh is going to develop rapidly by embracing the currently trending AI opportunities.
The minister explained the advantages of investments in Andhra Pradesh and the investor friendly policies implemented by the government. He said that revolutionary changes are going to take place in India in the coming years and they are working hard to provide faster and better services to people through the use of AI in administration.
Lokesh said that the youth leadership is working actively under the leadership of Chandrababu Naidu, who took charge as the Chief Minister for the fourth time. He stated that there are wide opportunities for investment in manufacturing, renewable energy, bio energy, aqua and petrochemical sectors in AP.
The minister said that the CM has launched a new P-4 policy to eradicate poverty through industrial development in the state. Changes will be brought in the education system according to industrial needs and reforms have also been initiated in the education sector to provide skilled human resources in accordance with the industrial needs and thereby provide job opportunities to the youth.
Minister Lokesh said that research centric measures will be taken by giving priority to research in universities for new innovations.
