Natural star Nani is carving out a niche for himself as a producer by encouraging upcoming talented directors. He decently announced a film with Megastar Chiranjeevi to be directed by Srikanth Odela. Now, he announced another interesting film starring noted comedian and character artist Priyadarshi Pulikonda in the lead role.
The film titled Court – State vs A Nobody is billed as a courtroom drama centred on a pivotal case which sees the lead protagonist fighting for justice. The first look poster of this film is out today evening and it has Priyadarshi as a lawyer. He appears in contemplative mode with a serious look. The light emanating from the window behind him symbolises enlightenment. There are two child artists in the poster, Roshan and Sridevi who seem to be hoping for justice in the case.
It looks like Priyadarshi will have the narrative carrying role as he fights for the sake of the two youngsters. In legal parlance, cases between the individual and the government are represented as State vs the person who approached the court for justice. Here State vs A Nobody seems a bit odd and implies that it will highlight a relevant social issue.
The film also features Sai Kumar, Rohini, Harshavardhan, Shivaji and others in significant roles. Directed by Ram Jagadeesh, the film has music by Vijay Bulganin. The shooting formalities have been wrapped up and the film is slated for release on March 14th.
